| High Grade Silicon Metal Prices Still Slide |

| Domestic silicon metal price keeps dropping since mid-July, and high grade silicon metal price also shows decrease recently. It is said that price for 3303# in Kunming is offered at RMB12,600-12,800/mt (USD1,852-1,882/mt), while RMB13,100-13,300/mt (USD1,926-1,955/mt) for 2202#, a decrease of RMB200/mt (USD29/mt). Insiders make prediction that silicon metal market may maintain downtrend in July. |
